About Marcus
Born and raised in the small town of Weddington, North Carolina, Marcus Dellinger has seen firsthand the struggles and triumphs of the great state of North Carolina. Growing up with a deep love for his state and country, he has witnessed the effects of the government industrial complex that is more focused on serving its own interests rather than the needs of The People. Fueled by frustration and a strong desire to restore accountability and faith in the political system, Marcus has decided to run for office.

In September of 2023, The United States reached a record $33 trillion dollars in debt. To put this into perspective, 1 trillion seconds is roughly equivalent to 32,000 years. Congressional spending is out of control. If elected, I will fight for common sense budgeting and spending, and pursue strategies to cut unnecessary spending.
Not only do we have an open border, but our internet, power, and much of our communications infrastructure is far from being secured. Recently, the US has seen unprecedented cyber attacks, which compromised incredible amounts of highly sensitive data in both the government and private sectors. China also opened a state-of-the-art cyber warfare base in Cuba, 90 miles from the coast of Florida. We must update and secure our infrastructure.
Congress must use it's investigative powers to conduct a full financial audit of the US government and the Federal Reserve. We must find out where and how our money is being spent. As the saying goes, "if you want to get to the root of the problem, follow the money."
There are many questions that need to be answered, and much accountability that is past due.
